Your new LinkedIn banner, headline and Featured

Five options, each a different layout. Pick one number and use that option's banner, headline and Featured tile together. Every option sends people to your free Career Growth Readiness Scorecard with the keyword “QUIZ”, the same one you used last year. Each banner is shown at real phone size too, so you can see it reads.

Your plan
  • Who: senior IT professionals, 15+ years in, who are between roles, underpaid or stuck at a ceiling.
  • The workshop: your "5 Career Assets" Zoom session, now opened with a real client story, like Seema going from $120K to $265K.
  • Your profile does the first step: the banner, headline and Featured send people to your free Career Growth Scorecard ("QUIZ"). The workshop is the step after that, then the Career Clarity Call.
  • The DM and the invites: use the one-shot DM for anyone who likes, comments or connects. Send the workshop invites below to the senior IT people on your target list.

How to put it live

  1. Pick one option below.
  2. Upload the banner. It's already 1584 × 396.
  3. Paste the headline into Edit intro.
  4. Featured → edit your scorecard link (careerly360.scoreapp.com) and upload the tile as its image.
  5. Reply to every “QUIZ” with the scorecard link, then the DM below.

The one-shot DM

Send it to anyone who likes or comments on your posts, or who's just connected. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Hey [FIRST NAME], I'm about to head out the door to [pick my daughter up from uni], so I wanted to send this quickly before I forget.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!), so I wanted to properly say hello.

I'm Ehsan and I run Careerly360. I help senior IT professionals who are between roles, underpaid or stuck at a ceiling land $250K to $400K+ roles, without living on SEEK.

Your profile reminded me of [CLIENT NAME], who I was just on a call with.

[He/She] was [WHERE THEY STARTED]. [RESULT].

It works because we don't start with the resume. We start with the value you already have, then put it in front of the people who decide. When I tested it on myself, I went from a $180K role to $400K+ interviews within six weeks.

It's taken me 22 years in IT and 150+ senior clients to get this right.

Right now we've got an offer where [THE OFFER].

As you can imagine, the "you're really valued, here's 2%" conversation isn't a big fan of us haha.

Anyway, I really have to go or [she'll be waiting].

Happy to walk you through how it works. I've got [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] free tomorrow?

If not, no biggie at all. I can just send you my free Career Growth Scorecard instead. It's 15 questions, takes 2 minutes, and shows whether clarity, communication or connection is holding you back.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Ehsan

Invite them to a workshop

Find out which of the 5 Career Assets is holding your career back, and what to fix first.

The workshop

The 5 Career Assets

Zoom · 60 minutes · a small room of [SEATS] senior IT professionals · {Day + date} · free

  • Clear positioning and proof of your value, so people see where you fit and why they need you
  • The career story that makes a clear case for your next move
  • The relationships and pipeline that get you into roles before they reach SEEK

Why this workshop: Seema's story from your 5 Sep post. Stuck at $120K as a PM for 11 years, 500+ applications, still nothing. You worked on her 5 Career Assets, and she went to $160K, then $265K. Two jumps in under 18 months. The other two versions use the Architect ($200K ceiling to $466K in 90 days) and the Senior Director (18 months out of work, two $300K+ offers in 60 days) from your About.

If you've chatted with them before, open with: "Hey {First name}, I remember we were chatting about [X] at [WHERE]." Then the rest. Swap the highlighted bits for each person. Anything in {curly brackets} fills in automatically.

Message 1: the invite (pick the version for where they are)

Version A · Underpaid, same level for years

Send to: PMs, delivery leads and managers who've been at the same level or salary band for years. Only name Seema if she's happy to be named; otherwise say "a PM".

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop on Zoom for senior IT professionals on {Day + date}, walking through how Seema went from 11 years stuck at $120K as a PM to $265K, in two jumps.

Would you like to come?

Version B · Hit a ceiling

Send to: architects, principal engineers and senior ICs sitting around $200K who can't get to the next level.

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop on Zoom for senior IT professionals on {Day + date}, walking through how an IT Architect went from a $200K ceiling to $466K in 90 days.

Would you like to come?

Version C · Between roles

Send to: people whose profile says "open to work", or who've just left a role after a restructure.

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop on Zoom for senior IT professionals on {Day + date}, walking through how a Senior Director who'd been out of work for 18 months landed two $300K+ offers in 60 days.

Would you like to come?

Make it personal (one line, then the invite)

Ways in, with an example of each

Add ONE of these before "I'm hosting…". Only use what's true for that person.

Their company: "I saw {Company} just announced [another restructure]."

Their role: "You've been a [Solution Architect] at {Company} for [6 years] now, so I thought this might be useful."

A past chat: "I remember we were chatting about [your next move] at [the Executive Table]."

Their recent post: "I saw your post about [finishing the program at the bank]. Congrats."

Filled-in example (EXAMPLE ONLY, not a real person)

An example to show the shape. "Priya" is made up: a Senior Program Manager at a big bank, 7 years in the same role.

Hey Priya, I know this is a bit random.

I saw your post about wrapping up the core banking migration. Congrats, that's a big one.

I'm hosting a small workshop on Zoom for senior IT professionals on Wednesday the 21st, walking through how Seema went from 11 years stuck at $120K as a PM to $265K, in two jumps.

Would you like to come?

2. Follow-up (2 days later)

Pick the problem that fits them: (a) another 2% at review time, (b) 500+ applications and nothing back, (c) they survived the layoff round and are waiting for the next one.

Hey {First name}, I was chatting to [WHO, e.g. a Senior PM at one of the big four banks] who's stuck on [PROBLEM, e.g. another 2% at review time, for the third year in a row], and it reminded me to reach back out.

Keen to come?

3. Hail Mary (3 days after that)

Hey {First name}, I swear this is my last message haha.

It'll be a small room of [SEATS] senior IT professionals on {Day + date}, and we'll go deep on the 5 Career Assets, and which one is holding you back.

If you'd like a seat, you can book here: [LINK]

Once I see you've booked, I'll give you a quick call to hear what you'd most like to get out of it and run you through who else is in the room.

And if you're flat out, just let me know and I'll reach out for the next one.

When they say yes

Awesome, we'd love to have you there! Here's the link: [LINK]

Hi {First name},

I swear this is my last email about it.

What goes in each gap

  • {Day + date}, [SEATS], [LINK]: your October sessions aren't set yet. Once they are, add the date, the seat count and the link you send to people who DM "ASSETS".
  • Seema: she's named in your public post. Check she's happy being named in invites too; if not, say "a PM".
  • [WHO] / [PROBLEM]: someone real you've spoken to recently, described by role, never by name.
  • [TIME]: two real slots today, Sydney time.

Before it goes live

  • Your About still says DM “ASSETS” for this month's Zoom Live. September's sessions have finished, so swap that last line to “QUIZ”, or put new October dates in.
  • Option 2 shows your Executive Table guests. Check they're happy to be on your banner before you use it.
  • One client number: your scorecard page says 120+ professionals, and your profile says 150+. Update the scorecard page so they match.
  • Save a reply for “QUIZ” with the scorecard link, so every DM gets it straight away.
